The Role:
As anEntry-Level Recruiter, youll play a key role in identifying and attracting talented candidates across a range of industries. Youll work alongside experienced consultants, learning from the best while taking on increasing responsibility in your own recruitment processes. With extensive training and mentoring, youll develop into a successful recruiter and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
What Youll Do:
- Candidate Sourcing:Use innovative methods to identify and engage with potential candidates for a variety of roles.
- Client Relationships:Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with high-quality candidates.
- Full Recruitment Cycle:Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Market Insight:Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer the best advice and support to clients and candidates.
- Target Achievement:Focus on hitting and exceeding targets to maximise earning potential through uncapped commission.

- Russell Group Graduate:A recent graduate from a Russell Group university with strong academic performance.

- Excellent Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates at all levels.

- No Prior Experience Needed:While previous experience in sales, customer service, or internships is a bonus, its not essential well provide all the training you need!
