The Role:

What Youll Do:

  • Client Relationships:Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with high-quality candidates.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle:Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Market Insight:Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer the best advice and support to clients and candidates.
  • Target Achievement:Focus on hitting and exceeding targets to maximise earning potential through uncapped commission.
