Package: £25K - £28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
