Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role will be exciting and fast-paced, with plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow. You will:
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the tech industry, helping them find the right talent for their growing teams.
- Source Top Tech Talent: Use your sales-driven attitude to identify and attract skilled tech candidates, screening and shortlisting them based on client requirements.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Take charge of the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Work Towards Targets & Commission: Achieve targets and make placements, earning commission based on your success.
