The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in the tech sector, you will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates within the tech industry. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, managing their recruitment processes and helping them secure top talent. Your day-to-day will involve cold calling, writing job ads, screening candidates, and negotiating offers. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach will be essential to your success.
