Package: £25K - £30K per annum + uncapped commission structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)
My client is a leading multi sector recruitment business across technology, digital and energy sectors with an award-winning training programme, they have developed several trainees to become top performers with the average first promotion coming after just 6 months! Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
