Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 OTE £45,000.

My client is a top-tier recruitment firm who are looking to double their headcount within the next 2 years, this is an excellent time to be a part of a growing business with a strong international reputation in their markets.
My client is looking for a passionate and determined graduate with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills to join their team.
You will be trained to be a specialist within your field and a consultant to exciting businesses globally, providing them with quality over quantity, you will be sourcing candidates that exceed their expectations.
Within your first year, you will be trained to deal - and be exposed to - a diverse range of clients. You will also develop the ability to operate off your own back in a target driven environment.
You will also be required to head-hunt, pre-screen candidates by telephone, prepare and guide them through the process and advise as to any feedback.
Through hard work and resilience, you will be rewarded. Uncapped commission as well as fast progression could not be more realistic with the potential to earn in excess of £45,000 in your first year.
