One of London’s most exciting recruitment start ups! My client are in their infancy of growth, with 2 high performing directors spearheading the development and performance of the business.

Package: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£45K+ OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

What you need

Degree Educated or B2B sales experience would be ideal!
You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
High Level Sport would be desirable
High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled!

Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
Develop new business with target clients in your market
Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there!
