The company- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based in Central London, with offices in Bristol, New York, and Sydney we are currently onboarding 5x Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are looking to get their foot in the door of this incredibly lucrative sector. Specialising in the FinTech sector and working with clients such as Wise, Checkout.com, and Revolut, you will be provided with all the opportunities needed to be successful. You will be trained/ mentored by individuals who are regular £1 million billers, and they will teach you all the tricks of the trade, whilst exposing you to senior figures within the industry.

A 12-week training program is provided to allow you to develop all the necessary skills to facilitate your movement through the ranks of the company. A company that believes learning never stops which is why you will have a senior individual designated to you at the beginning to help with any issues/ worries you may have.

£27k base pay at the beginning of your career which is increased to £30k after your first 6 months!!!!!

Cold-calling potential candidates/ clients to therefore increase the number of deals/ new roles brought on
Undertaking the full 360 process guiding candidates from start to finish, and providing any advice/ support to help them in the processes
Producing adverts for current job roles, increasing the number of applications
