Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant with a strong academic background to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in research and analysis and are passionate about connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional candidates within various sectors, leveraging your academic excellence to understand complex client needs and candidate capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates across multiple sectors, including technology, finance, and operations.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements.
Engage with clients to understand their organizational culture, strategic goals, and specific role requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
