This agency is a fastgrowing FinTech agency specialising in placing some of the worlds best technologists into Buy Side clients. These are typically Hedge Funds Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Managers meaning particularly high salaries and therefore excellent billing/earning potential. The company currently sits at 75 heads, £25M revenue and 3 global offices and is looking to treble all these figures over the next 5 years so it's an incredibly exciting time to join the business!

The Role
- Work closely with the Regional Director to expand their market share in the UK investment technology space focusing on the Data niche.
- Assume ownership of hiring, developing and growing a recruitment team.
- Generating revenue and developing new business.
- Developing and coaching sales consultants to meet NFI and team growth targets.
- Working closely with internal talent and L&D to help imbed new processes to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create succession by developing consultants into leadership positions.
Requirements
- From a Technology or Financial Services background. Ideally from Tech (Data) but open to other backgrounds for the right person.
- Ideally you'll be a Managing Consultant already managing team but I'm also open to speaking to Senior/Principal Consultants who have done some mentoring/team leading looking to take the next step up.
- You've progressed in your role.
- You have good longevity with your previous employers.
- Record of motivating and developing junior consultants.
