The role involves sourcing candidates, building relationships, market mapping, and achieving monthly revenue and promotion targets, all while enjoying benefits like unlimited annual leave and uncapped commission.

Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
Ambition and drive
Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
Strong communicative ability
