Package: £25-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role

Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage.
Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
Business development

The Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
Financially and success driven
Great communication skills
Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
