The Role:
- Identifying and qualifying candidates for job openings
- Building and sustaining strong professional relationships with clients and candidates
- Researching and developing new business opportunities
- Achieving monthly revenue and promotion targets
- Managing and updating the candidate database
- Becoming an industry expert within your recruitment niche
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
- Highly motivated and goal-driven
- Excellent time management, efficiency, and work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
