The Business
Cast UK are a market leading specialist recruitment agency with fifteen years of year on year growth. They are passionate about creating amazing content and marketing material for their clients and candidates to drive inbound business and revenue. They are now looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to come in and take their Social Media to the next level. They are not looking to 'hand hold’ and the role will come with lots of creative license. Cast UK want someone to join the business with lots of fresh ideas and enthusiasm to really make an impact on the business immediately. Due to the growth plans of the business, the opportunity will also come with fantastic progression and development opportunities.
The Role
- Taking Cast UK’s Social Media to the next level!
- Further developing the digital brand of Cast UK
- To create & distribute compelling social content across digital platforms
- Owning Social Media & Email Marketing
- Growing Social Media presence & followers
- Generating ideas for Digital Marketing campaigns
- Increasing engagement on content and driving inbound traffic
- Working alongside our external marketing partners to make sure that paid social content is optimised for best performance
- Creating content and graphics for Social Media

The Requirements
- Cast UK are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative marketing professional who will bring energy and lots of ideas to the table
- Between 18 months and 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Comfortable using marketing automation software & multi posting social media software
- Confident creating graphics for use across social media
- Excellent written English skills
- Logically minded
- Creative flare
- Socially savvy
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong work ethic
