My client is a boutique financial services and banking (Fintech) recruitment business entering its 10th year of trading. They are currently looking to hire two junior Recruiters/Graduate Trainees to join their team in the City of London.
As a business, they operate with several different financial institutions, primarily hiring skilled Technology professionals. The remit for these two hires will be working with their Director/Co-Founder on the full recruitment lifecycle, which will involve you receiving intensive 1-2-1 daily training on candidate qualification and resourcing while also shadowing a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Principal Recruitment Consultant.
These individuals will be supporting clients by recruiting Permanent skilled IT people in two key areas of expertise: DevOps and Software Development (mainly in Java or Python). You'll be working with Senior people on salaries of £100k to £300k plus.
You should be a bright graduate, who is well-spoken and has a genuine interest in the Banking/ Financial services sector, as this will help you get up to speed quickly.
There is a huge scope for growth and financial stability, as several of their employees started in the same way and have now established themselves to become specialists in their market.
