If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join a team in a prestigious London University. This is a full-time role starting immediately for a three-month contract, with the possibility to extend. It is offered on a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days in the office, typically Monday, Tuesday and one other.
In this role as HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be working as part of a growing and vibrant team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment administration for multiple vacancies. You will coordinate with HR on vacancy approvals and job postings, manage applications and panel liaison for shortlisting as well as arranging and coordinating interviews. In addition, you will act as the main point of contact between hiring managers, HR and candidates.
HR & Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Hiring Managers regarding roles and providing administrative support for the recruitment process
- Managing the job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangements, and communication with candidates and other stakeholders
- Coordinating with HR regarding vacancies and related processes and managing HR approvals
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes, procedures, and regulations including the compliance of electronic and manual filing systems and practices with GDPR and information management regulations
- Acting as a key contact to a variety of stakeholders including external agencies ensuring effective and efficient responses to enquires and escalating as necessary
- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties in business support to assist the team and wider university
HR & Recruitment Administrator Key Skills:
- Good experience of HR, Recruitment and general office administration, ideally in a Higher Education setting
- A proactive approach to handling tasks, with the good organisation, focus and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication with confident interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient IT skills - in particular MS Office
