HR & Recruitment Administrator £30,000 -£35,00012 month FTCI have a great opportunity for an HR/Recruitment Administrator to join a global management consultancy in Central London. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy building relationships and thrives working in a very hectic and fast paced environment, so a flexible attitude is a must! The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Director and reports, in addition to the senior recruiter to support with all the grad recruitment, so prior experience supporting across both would be helpful.What you’ll do:
  • Update and prepare employment contracts
  • Run and prepare reports
  • Support the induction process
  • Prepare performance forms in the CRM system
  • Ensure the CRM is updated
  • Support with internal HR projects as needed
  • Maintain and update candidate information
  • Arrange interviews with consultants/interviewers and candidates
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Organise and attend recruitment events
What you’ll need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office and HR Systems including Taleo is helpful
  • A real team player with a proactive approach
