Our client, a prestigious organisation in the education sector, is seeking a talented and dedicated HR & Recruitment Administrator to support their team in administering the recruitment process.

? In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the HR & Recruitment Advisor in the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with our client's Safer Recruitment policy
  • Organise recruitment activities and place advertisements on various platforms, including TES and other recruitment websites
  • Coordinate mandatory inductions for new staff members
  • Assist in conducting relevant safeguarding checks, such as DBS, references, and overseas criminal records checks, ensuring all requirements are met before the arrival of new staff, volunteers, and contractors
  • Work closely with the HR Advisor to ensure current staff receive necessary renewal training

  • Previous experience in HR and recruitment administration
  • Knowledge of Safer Recruitment policies and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
