Our client is a distinguished international law firm with over 20 offices worldwide renowned for its expertise in the technology, energy, and life sciences sectors.

The role

In your new role as a HR and Recruitment administrator, you will provide support to the HR and Recruitment team and the London Director of Administration with the day-to-day administration of the London office. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with general recruitment administration as required.
  • Drafting and preparing offer documentation using the appropriate templates for review.
  • Organising the process for all new joiners.
  • Updating the HR database and making sure all information is accurate.
  • Maintaining accurate records for holiday and sickness and producing reports on a regular basis.
  • Administering the leaver process.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience working in a HR or Recruitment role in a professional services environment, ideally at a law firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
