Outstanding and highly successful consultancy based in the heart of the city are now looking for a HR and talent associate. The role sits within the HR team, and encompasses a range of HR and talent administrative duties.

Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm

Typical duties include:

Talent tasks:

  • Writing, editing and advertising vacancies on various job boards
  • Writing and editing job descriptions
  • Short-listing and setting up initial screening calls
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings
  • Liaising with hiring managers across the business
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Providing feedback and supporting Hiring managers throughout the process
  • Interview diary management
  • Conveying job offers and sending out offer letters

HR administration

  • Creating employment contracts
  • Overseeing all communication with new starters prior to their first day
  • On-boarding administration
  • Conducting new-starter inductions
  • Communication and liaison with agencies where required

  • Strong communication skills - across the business, with candidates and agencies
  • Previous HR administration experience/skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
