HR Business Partner

Job Purpose: Drive growth through HR strategy, supporting business and HR projects, and providing comprehensive HR support to management. This operational role involves frequent site visits to academies and a high volume of case work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership, advice, and support to academies to enhance staff engagement and workforce efficiency.
- Influence strategic direction by analyzing workforce data and developing HR initiatives.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders on people management practices.
- Advise on complex employee relations cases and manage an HR advisor.
- Handle employment tribunal cases and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Guide academies through organizational change processes.
- Lead TUPE transfer projects ensuring legal compliance.
- Design and deliver HR training sessions.
- Develop organizational development solutions to maximize staff engagement and wellbeing.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Contribute to HR policy formulation and implementation.
- Assist managers with job evaluation processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR leadership and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and case work efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various academies.
