HR Business Partner

Location: London

Job Purpose: Drive growth through HR strategy, supporting business and HR projects, and providing comprehensive HR support to management. This operational role involves frequent site visits to academies and a high volume of case work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR leadership, advice, and support to academies to enhance staff engagement and workforce efficiency.
  • Influence strategic direction by analyzing workforce data and developing HR initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor senior leaders on people management practices.
  • Advise on complex employee relations cases and manage an HR advisor.
  • Handle employment tribunal cases and negotiate settlement agreements.
  • Guide academies through organizational change processes.
  • Lead TUPE transfer projects ensuring legal compliance.
