Your new companyA leading property development and construction business are looking for a seasoned HR generalist to join their business as a HRBP. Reporting into the Head of HR and partnering with senior stakeholders across facilities, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing people processes
  • Managing complex employee relations cases
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams
  • Coaching line managers through performance management issues
  • Lead on talent development and talent management
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on change management

What you'll need to succeed:- Experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within blue-collar sectors.- Degree educated or equivalent, CIPD is beneficial.- Strong hands-on HR experience, with an excellent UK employment law knowledge.- Ability to build relationships and partner with senior-level stakeholders.- Able to travel on an ad-hoc basis to other sites across the UK.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
