Title: HR Data AnalystLocation: West LondonHybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH Salary: £45 + bonus  JGA are partnered with a leading international business that are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join their business. You will be a key member of the team producing people data reports and assist the head of department with people strategies.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce people data reports using Excel and present to SLT. 
  • Creation of dashboards for HR reports on the HRIS system. 
  • Resolve reporting errors and reconcile variances. 
  • KPI metric reporting. 
Requirements:
  • Experience as an analyst, particularly with complex HR-related data and reporting, understanding its connections to finance and operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis for headcount reporting, budget forecasting, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Skilled at producing senior management reports that align with financial metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data manipulation and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for creating complex models.
