We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team, serving a workforce of 200+ employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing HR records, conducting employee relations activities, and supporting the business in various HR functions to drive change and growth.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to acquire top-tier talent.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct employee relations activities to promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across performance management, training, ER issues, and colleague well-being.
  • Drive internal communications that align with our culture and values.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including system setup, inductions, and probation tracking.
  • Deliver people initiatives such as new benefits, systems, performance frameworks, events, and incentives.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll spreadsheet and liaise with external payroll vendors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Advise on employment law and the employer’s policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR TUPE and integration process for acquisitions.
  • Prepare monthly HR Management reports and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
  • Experience with payroll processes and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
