Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Adviser to provide professional recruitment services and administrative support to candidates, staff, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR systems, including SharePoint and the eRecruitment system.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from liaising with hiring managers to onboarding new staff, ensuring a responsive and high-quality service aligned with HR objectives.
- Collaborate with managers, finance, and external partners to ensure consultants, and service agreements are in place, up to date, and regularly reviewed.
- Lead the probationary review process.
- Provide advice on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Deliver briefings and workshops on various HR-related topics.
- Build strong relationships with managers to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.
- Assist in compiling and presenting monthly management information.
- Organise and lead onboarding processes, including induction meetings for new employees and agency workers.
- Ensure payroll-related recruitment information is submitted on time.
- Assist with invoice management and HR system training for staff.
- Support the HR Manager on recruitment issues and maintain the HR intranet and website pages.
- Assist with HR projects, employee relations cases, and provide high-quality support within the health support process.
- Support HR-related events and conferences as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- DBS check required post successful appointment.
- Undertake additional duties in line with business needs.
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.

- Salary: £34,932 - £38,440 per annum (salary dependent on experience)
- Hours: 35 per week
- Location: On-site, London based office
- Holiday: 28 days annual leave (including public holidays)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site per week)
