Handle are working with a leading media agency who are looking for a People Partner to join the team ASAP on a 12m FTC basis.
Joining a team of 3, you will act as an advisor to managers in the business; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering a progressive people agenda for the company.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, sociable, and possess strong communication skills as relationship building is key to this role. Previous experience as a HR generalist with ER and full employee lifecycle exposure is essential, and confidence with financial reporting is advantageous. This role will suit someone with strong commercial acumen that can adapt to a successful creative, client facing environment.
