Handle are working with a leading media agency who are looking for a People Partner to join the team ASAP on a 12m FTC basis.
Joining a team of 3, you will act as an advisor to managers in the business of; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering a progressive people agenda for the company.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, sociable, and possess strong communication skills as relationship building is key to this role. Previous full employee HR Generalist experience with strong ER particularly within performance management is essential, TUPE is a plus! CIPD 7 is a strong preference.
This role will suit someone with strong commercial approach that can adapt to a successful creative mid to large size business with client facing environment.
