Interim HR BP - Merger and Acquisition - 9 month FTC - London Hybrid - c70-80k pro rata plus 6k car allowanceYour new companyA leading construction firm.Your new roleAs Interim HR BP, you will join on a 9 month FTC to lead all acquisition activity for an upcoming acquisition. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for managing all acquisition and integration activity including due diligence and harmonisation.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have managed several acquisitions within a blue collar environment. It is essential that you have experience of due diligence and harmonisation of both terms and conditions and process.
