An interim HR Shared Services Team Lead to:
- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
- Ensure the timely processing of all HR-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the management of employee data and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR processes and systems.
- Manage escalated HR issues and queries.
- Promote a positive company culture and values.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior management.
Profile
An Interim HR Shared Services Team Lead with:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Shared services experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Able to start immediately
