About The Role:

At Foxtons, we’re famous for setting the standard in property and our people sit at the heart of that. We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our very successful recruitment team for a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Foxtons TA team manages the recruitment needs for the entire Foxtons group. In addition to Foxtons, this includes Alexander Hall, our award winning sister company who have grown to be one of the top mortgage brokers in the UK. The roles we work on vary from entry-level sales or admin positions, to specialist niche roles in our support teams.

The successful candidate can expect to be part of a high performing and very fast-paced team. They’ll be expected to keep up the pace that’s already been set, whilst developing a team of recruiters. We’re looking for someone who is ideally used to high volume, in-house recruitment and has a successful track record of recruiting themselves. Although the focus will be on looking after the team, you will be expected to prepare key data reports and regularly communicate with and update senior stakeholders within the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Day to day management of the Foxtons Talent Acquisition function •Ensuring there is a steady pipeline of activity to fill current hiring needs as well as planning for future hiring needs•Reporting on data metrics used by the team •Engagement with hiring managers across the business in all departments •Work with the Senior management team bi-weekly to update them on pipeline & hires for immediate starts & future hiring needs •Developing a small team of 6 recruiters, plus 1 team coordinator •Some hands on recruitment depending on the needs of the business - this can vary from entry level sales roles to headhunting for more niche positions •Work alongside the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant UK legislation

Please note, this role requires the successful candidate to work from our Headquarters in Chiswick Business Park 4 days a week, with 1 work from home day on a Wednesday.

About You:

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

•Experience managing an in-house Talent Acquisition function & 3+ recruiters•Management experience including developing more junior members of staff •In-depth understanding & experience analyzing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle (focusing in particular on candidate attraction methods and selection & assessment techniques)•Experience building relationships with stakeholders •Confident in using data & reporting on all aspects of TA •Target & results driven •Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment •Up to date knowledge & understanding of UK employment law
