Reed HR are working with a Financial Services company who are looking for an experienced In-house Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen on playing a pivotal role in shaping recruitment and HR processes.
As an In-house Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure a seamless hiring process and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for salary benchmarking across various locations and ensuring all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of recruitment experience, preferably in the FS industry, and a proven track record of successful hires. You should have a thorough understanding of the London job market and be proficient in using multiple hiring platforms. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and your proactive problem-solving skills will make you a perfect fit for this role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop recruitment strategies and job descriptions in collaboration with managers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires, conduct RTW checks, and manage induction programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate HR information in systems like HRIS and HI Bob HR, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Analytics: Generate and analyse HRIS reports to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Administration: Support the Head of HR with general administrative tasks and various HR projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, capable of managing functions independently.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented.
- Proficient in multiple hiring platforms.
