Reed HR are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join a global company in the Aesthetics industry, based in Central London. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment / resourcing and the ability to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and post job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best selection of candidates.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Source specialist candidates from scratch using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Aesthetics or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and HR systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
