We’re a small, specialist team of experienced and dedicated consultants. We’re passionate about what we do and work hard on behalf of both candidates and clients, handling every brief with equal parts energy, integrity, and care. Who Are You?
You’ve got at least six months of relevant commercial experience, ideally in recruitment or the creative industry. You’re now looking for somewhere you can truly lay down roots—a fast-paced, creative environment with a clear career path, a fun and supportive team, and strong earning potential.
You’re bright, curious, sociable, and eager to learn. You’re good at juggling priorities, enjoy working with people, and can build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. You’ve got natural charm, a collaborative spirit, and a spark that makes you stand out.
What Will You Be Doing Day-to-Day?
No two days are the same, and we like it that way. At first, you'll support our senior consultants with candidate searches, calling and screening candidates, discussing roles, and handling admin. You’ll write job ads, prepare CVs for submission, meet and greet candidates and clients, support our social media, and keep our database in great shape.
As you gain confidence and industry insight, your role will grow to include managing client accounts and recruiting for junior and mid-weight roles. You’ll be part of a collaborative, warm, and welcoming team—with opportunities to attend awards nights, networking events, and more.
