What You'll Do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our UK Social Care Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Cold Calling & Business Development: Contacting clients and candidates in the UK social care sector. This involves substantial phone work to generate new business and manage vacancies.
  • Market Focus: Building and managing a network of candidates and clients in the UK social care industry, handling multiple roles and opportunities.
  • Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process-from sourcing candidates to securing placements. You will also handle client communication to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Market Building: Develop and expand your market by building strong candidate and client bases, fostering relationships, and driving revenue.
