We are looking to hire legal researchers, who are serious about what they do, enjoy working in a fun environment and want to get as much as they can for their hard work, career wise and financially.

This role will see you working as part of our Partner team. Over the last three years we have grown the London team and now have an established offering and brilliant client relationships, whether for the Associate or Partner team that recruit into practice In the City or the 'In House' team.

Search's legal recruitment team has nearly 20 specialists working across 'In House' and Private Practice in London. Our London Team works closely with our Legal team that are based in New York, giving us an international element that clients and candidates really appreciate.

The partner team, work with top 100 firms operating in the city. Primarily working on retained searches, this team enjoys close client relationships, with commitments and the opportunity to speak to Partners in London about some of the most exciting opportunities that are exclusive to us.

As part of this we have a research team, who are responsible for mapping out the market and then doing the initial calls to speak with potentially suitable candidates before briefing the consultants and giving their recommendations. Due to the retained nature of the work we do in this team you know you are going to get paid when you generate good people!

This is a highly valued role in the partner team and one that offers progression into a consultant role for those that are interested in the client facing sales side of recruitment.

Our offices are bright and modern, and in a fantastic location, right next to Borough Market, with the City in proximity and Borough Market (and all the great things that go with it) in touching distance.

You are likely to already be in a researcher role in recruitment, whether in legal or another specialism. Law graduates with an interest in recruitment are still encouraged to apply.
