Legal Recruitment Specialist
One of our superb US law firm clients (who were actually one of the first to open a London office many decades ago) are hiring Legal Recruitment Specialist to join their London Human Resources team! This is a newly created role and will report to the Senior HR Manager and will have a proactive approach to talent acquisition for London:
- Salary to £65,000
- Working hours, 09:30-17:30
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote)

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Recruitment Specialist:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyers, paralegals, and business services position within the London office
- Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
- Utilise a variety of channels to source candidates
- Forge strong relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure up-to-date terms of business are in place
- Work closely with the HR Assistant to oversee the interview scheduling process and preparation of offer letters and contract documentation
- Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition to the firm
Skills & Requirements of the Legal Recruitment Specialist:
- A minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience within a law firm.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the legal industry
