The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be part of a team that is a trusted advisor to many of London's most respected law firms. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from identifying top talent to helping law firms fill critical roles. Our client’s approach to legal headhunting is thorough, using discretion, professionalism, and deep market knowledge to meet complex recruitment needs.
In this role, you'll be equipped with market-leading recruitment training and the tools needed to provide expert advice and insight to clients, ensuring you stay ahead in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
What You’ll Get:
- Starting salary of £28,000, plus £1,000 commission per placement during training, up to 40% commission beyond
