Salary:£38,000 ~ £55,000 Depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Role:
Our clients are seekingtwo experienced Paraplannersto join theirteam, ideally at a mid-to-senior level. This role offers a collaborative, professional environment where you will work closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver exceptional service and advice to theirclients. You will be responsible for conducting research, preparing suitability reports, and supporting complex financial planning needs.

What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
Conduct client research and financial analysis to support regulated financial advice
Draft clear and compliant suitability letters and recommendation reports for pensions, investments (including VCT/EIS/BR), protection, and bonds (onshore/offshore)
Support with planning work: income planning, tax strategies, cashflow modelling, trust and IHT planning
Perform complex calculations including: pension carry forward, Tapered Annual Allowance, IHT, CGT, and income tax
Manage projects (e.g., platform and product migrations), including documentation and process oversight
Oversee time-sensitive campaigns such as ISA/pension top-ups and CGT planning
Participate in internal meetings, contribute to process improvements, and assist with ad-hoc administrative and client service tasks
Peer-check reports and calculations as part of a collaborative team quality process
What is Needed to Be Considered for This Role:
CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) required
Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a Financial Advisory or Investment Management firm
Strong understanding of regulated advice processes, investment products, and platforms
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
High level of numeracy and literacy minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades AC / 59)
Ideally educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and client database/CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
