About Us:We are a small recruitment business specializing in corporate executive recruitment, with a focus on the interim and contracting market with some permanent hires. Nearly all of our work in retained. Our work is fast-paced, and we pride ourselves on attention to detail and exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Although we need someone who part time and flexible we need someone who is self driven and highly self aware, and who really cares and is committed to delivering as well as working with us as part of a small team and who share ideas and helps each of us to have a work-life balance. In return for this style of working you will also recieve a share of each role delivered from the point that you join regardless of who places the person.

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Part-time Recruitment Consultant / Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role, suited to someone with experience in corporate recruitment, particularly in the executive and interim contracting markets. You will work closely with senior candidates and clients in an account management capacity—no business development is required. We need someone who is highly organized, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview senior-level candidates and assess their suitability for high-level interim or contract roles.
  • Liaise with clients, managing their accounts and ensuring all recruitment needs are met efficiently.
  • Handle recruitment processes from end-to-end, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment, including document preparation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in corporate executive recruitment, with knowledge of the interim and contracting market.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interviewing senior candidates and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours across European time zones.
