About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally. Responsibilities include:

  • Interview coordination and taking feedback
  • Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
  • Acting as first point of contact with senior candidates
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Market mapping
  • Process invoices
  • Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a professional services environment with exposure to Partners. Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is ideal and excellent interpersonal skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to manage administration and work in a fast paced environment.
