Our client specializes in Construction Recruitment and Facilities Management recruitment, focusing on both hard and soft services.
They are seeking an experienced Permanent Consultant in either Construction or FM, offering a salary between £35,000 and £40,000.
The role is based in Moorgate, City of London, and involves working Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and 8 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn excellent commission and receive shares in the business, starting at 5% and potentially increasing to 33%.

Our client specialises in Construction Recruitment (blue collar) and Facilities management recruitment (soft and hard services)

Hard FM deals with physical assets such as plumbing, wiring, elevators and heating and cooling. Soft FM focuses on tasks performed by people such as custodial services, lease accounting, catering, security and grounds keeping.

Soft FM usually relates to the usage of a facility such as cleaning and catering etc

They are a small team of 4, really looking to grow the business due to the huge success they have had over the last 2 years

They work Monday to Thursday 8-5 and 8-3 on Fridays
