Sonic Summary

Fortus Recruitment is seeking a Multi Trader with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling for a contractor in Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.
Candidates should have experience in residential properties and possess good social and customer service skills.
A valid Asbestos awareness certificate, DBS check, and driver's license are required for the role.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Carpenter Multi / Plumber Multi / Multi Trader

We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for Multi Trader's based around Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.

Day to Day:

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

- Carpentry

- Plumbing

- Plastering

- Painting

- Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Plumber:

- Experience in residential properties

- Good social skills

- Good customer service

- Asbestos awareness certificate

- DBS check

- Drivers Licenses

- Qualifications desired
