Crone Corkill is part of RGF Staffing UK. Since 1979, they have taken the time to get to know people and businesses personally, to know their needs and motivations. That very ethos extends to the Recruitment Consultants that join our team.
We’re looking for Accountancy and Finance recruitment experts to join us. For this role experience as a 360 Consultant is a must. We’re open to meeting people with experience in both temporary and permanent desks.

The Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a role model member of the team that exemplifies what good looks like.
- Driving business development activity for your desk approaching customers for the first time or by working with customers to expand our scope of service.
- Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and role model great recruitment practices.
- Leveraging your network of game-changing candidates to grow a strong pipeline and place them in their ideal roles with customers.
- Working with C Suit stakeholders to fill their critical roles from Accountants to Chief Financial Officers.
- Keeping customers informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.
We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Holborn office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who are people people and can demonstrate:
- Experience of recruiting within Accountancy and Finance.
- Putting people and personality at the heart of everything they do.
- Approachable, relatable and with great communication.
- Great with time management and organisation.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure.
