Principal Recruitment Consultant - Facilities Management (FM) Sector
Location: London (Nearest stations: Old Street & Moorgate)

Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission, incentives, awards, 25 days annual leave (with a salary sacrifice scheme to purchase more), agile working policy, employee assistance programme, paid volunteer leave, green emissions scheme, and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for building the Facilities Management division from scratch, with full resource support and guidance from your manager. You will source and place skilled professionals within the FM sector while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industry. You will utilise advanced recruitment technology and platforms to achieve excellent results, consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets, and play a key role in growing our FM division.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience in recruitment and sales, particularly within the Facilities Management sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and develop client relationships are essential. You should also thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
