The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Ganymede, you will be responsible for:

Building and developing a specialist recruitment desk in Rail, Transportation, Water, Infrastructure, or Highways.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Proactively identifying business opportunities and securing new clients.
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, from skilled professionals to senior-level hires.
Negotiating contracts, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and delivering exceptional service.
Working closely with senior managers to contribute to the strategic direction of the business.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Civils recruitment, ideally within Rail, Transportation, Water, Infrastructure, or Highways.
A track record of business development and successfully growing a recruitment desk.
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
