Our Client is a leading Facilities Management and Construction business. Hays Enterprise Solutions is responsible for covering internal and external permanent recruitment (RPO), and a wide range of consultancy services, including DEI, assessment and workforce planning.
Your Role
Principal Business Partner, responsible for developing strategic relationships with exec and divisional business leaders, TA, HR and hiring manager communities to ensure the delivery and ongoing evolution of the talent agenda. Reporting to the Client Manager, you will provide expert advice on resource, requirements, future skills and workforce planning, deploying people and technology resources across internal, external and contingent talent.
Key deliverables
- Develop strong relationships with exec and divisional business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders in the business for workforce planning, demand management and strategic alignment.
- Successful creation and delivery of an engagement map in accordance with the goals of the plan.
- Provide specialist expert advice, support and recommendations to key stakeholders on specific market conditions including competitor activity, employer trends skills availability, demographics, DEI and salary surveys.
- Ensure that all SLA targets are met, as per the account contract.
- Identify development opportunities and work with the leadership team to solution and implement growth strategies in line with the key account management plan.
- Directly oversee a small number of high-profile Senior Manager vacancies, supported by sourcing partners.
- Ensure adherence to Hays and recruitment methodology, policies, procedures, and service delivery standards
- Provide guidance, consultancy and training related to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
- Attend divisional meetings to present MI, plans and input into the talent agenda.
