This is a Recruitment Position in our Secondary Education team, based in our Soho Square office (Career Teachers)

Base salary (dependent on experience) with a monthly commission scheme.

The Role:

Hybrid 360 recruitment consultant with a focus on Secondary education-based roles
You will strengthen and nurture relationships with existing clients
Lead business development initiatives to establish new client partnerships
Oversee a pipeline of high-quality candidates, proactively identifying and engaging individuals for SEN education positions
Cultivate and enhance business relationships, both through direct interactions and over the phone.
Maintain unwavering motivation to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Champion a proactive, results-driven approach, treating your desk as your own mini-business.
