I am working with a US law firm whom are based at St. Pauls. They are looking to recruit an admiinistrator to support the recruitment team. The hours are 9.30am-5.30pm and they offer hybrid working and excellent benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment, including data entry, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate files, collating and sharing feedback and preparing employment contracts and new hire processes.
- Provide support to the Director of Recruitment and Office/HR Managers with recruitment processes for our offices in Europe & Asia.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of recruitment databases (LawCruit and Workday) in accordance with GDPR.
- Supports in developing new relationships with consultants, suppliers, and third-party organisations.
- Act as a key contact for candidates throughout their recruitment lifecycle, keeping them updated and informed.
- Track candidate metrics and perform statistical analysis around GO! Team and attorney hiring.
- Collaborate with other departments to track and maintain necessary onboarding information for new hires.
- Work with the HR team on ensuring thorough completion of background checks.
- Serve as the central point of contact for executing and tracking all search firm agreements for the Firm’s European offices, monitoring expiry dates, and flagging with the relevant Manager or Director.
- Monitor recruitment inbox queries, process recruitment expenses and invoices, and perform other administrative duties as requested.
- Track recruitment expenditure in line with the annual budget and reforecasts.
- Coordinate the annual refresh of recruitment brochures.
- Support the integration framework for all new hires.
- Utilise technology (LinkedIn Recruiter and Pirical) to prepare talent pipelines, market maps, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and DEI teams to actively recruit and retain underrepresented candidates.
- Provide backup support to early careers when requested in the absence of the Recruitment Assistant (Early Careers).
- Additional ad hoc projects.
Who You Are:
- Educated to degree level or have previous experience in HR/recruitment (preferred).
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable working with databases.
- Possess superb organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and professionalism in dealing with last minute changes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the firm.
- Ability to respect and maintain highly confidential information.
