We are working exclusively with a specialist electrical and gas recruitment business based in Central London (Liverpool Street)

Established 4 years and they have a grip on the market.

The opportunity

To delivery high quality candidates into their existing clients, working alongside the Director

Your primary focus will be source these candidates via their large database, headhunting and linkedin.

You will be the focus point the recruitment process, responsible for selecting, and screening candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.

Working closely with our clients to understand their hiring requirements and to obtain more roles from the clients.

  • Process management: Managing the full delivery recruitment cycle from the 1st candidate call to offer
  • Arranging interviews, feedback management and closing
  • Daily management of the team
  • Ensuring personal and team targets are achieved.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in London.
  • Some level of mentoring / leadership or the passion to do so.
  • The passion to develop existing client / candidate and team member relationships
  • Fast paced mindset, can do attitude
  • Happy to be on the phone and make outbound calls.
