I am currently seeking a motivated and organized individual who is looking to work for a top consultancy firm. This will be a 5-6 month assignment, with the possibility of an extension.

Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent. You will be assisting hiring managers in identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is accurately entered and kept up to date at all times
  • Assisting with CV screening to identify high calibre candidates
  • Support interview scheduling
  • Liaising with candidates/agencies and interviewers to schedule interviews globally (book zooms or rooms, confirm case study information and materials, send invites/confirmations, arrange candidate travel etc.)
  • Gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
  • Market mapping candidates using LinkedIn
  • Support with planning of graduate assessment centres
  • Support other recruitment projects and initiatives as and when required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
